這屬於吳越制式的青銅劍，製作樸素，從劍格看，應該是士兵的佩劍。這劍是從較南方的地區出土，銹蝕較嚴重。 劍刃受銹蝕影響，已普遍有小缺口，但仍頗鋒利；劍身的銹紋頗深入，亦有多層次。 This is a bronze jian of Wu system in the Spring and Autumn to Warring States periods. This jian is simple and was probably used by soldier. It This is a very well preserved bronze jian of Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods. The overall condition of jian is very good and there is very little rust. The blade is still sharp. This is a jian of Wu system. As judged from the guard and the length of jian, this jian should be used by official of higher rank. There should be jades or precious stones in the guard but now are missing. There are coaxial rings at the pommel. |

這劍與春秋戰國的青銅劍比較，是較長和窄；是克服了易折斷的缺點後的產品。 這劍在南方較潮濕的地區出土，銹蝕非常嚴重，劍身大多已有質變，容易折斷。 與這劍同穴出土的尚有三劍，而從劍格的製作看，這些劍應屬將領的佩劍。另外三劍與這比，有較長及較短，但銹蝕更嚴重，且已折斷。 |
