This is a bronze jian of Wu system in the Spring and Autumn to Warring States periods. This jian is simple and was probably used by soldier. It

This is a very well preserved bronze jian of Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods. The overall condition of jian is very good and there is very little rust. The blade is still sharp.

This is a jian of Wu system. As judged from the guard and the length of jian, this jian should be used by official of higher rank. There should be jades or precious stones in the guard but now are missing. There are coaxial rings at the pommel.
